Leeds United are said to be keen to sign Aston Villa attacker Albert Adomah before this summer’s transfer window closes for business.
Indeed, as covered by The Guardian, Leeds are believed to be battling Middlesbrough and Nottingham Forest for the 30-year-old’s signature.
Adomah, who has also been linked with West Bromwich Albion, scored 14 Championship goals for Villa during the 2017-18 campaign, and played 67 minutes of his team’s 3-1 win at Hull City on Monday night.
The 6ft 1in attacker is being strongly linked with a move away from Villa Park, however, and it is not a surprise that a number of clubs are closely monitoring developments.

The Leeds fans have been reacting to the transfer news on social media, and it would be fair to say that they are desperate for their club to sign the Ghana international.
Leeds opened their 2018-19 Championship campaign with a 3-1 win over Stoke City at the weekend, and the Whites could well be in for a strong season.
